We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we understand you may not satisfied with our videos. joyfulgreeting.com allows unsatisfied customers to refund our digital products. But we really hope that you can enjoy our greeting videos.

Please note that digital products cannot be refunded once the they are produced and sent out unless joyfulgreeting.com make the mistake.

If you would like to request a refund, pay attention that your request must be submitted in 4 hours after purchasing, or it will be denied. Due to the customized nature of the video, refunds are not available for durations exceeding 4 hours. Once we receive your request, we will reply as soon as possible. 

How to Refund?

Please contact our Customer service team to start the return process with the following information:

  • Name: Including Name and order number.
  • Proof of purchase: Including Date of Purchase and Payment.
  • Reasons for refund request.

Pay attention: Refund request must be submitted in 4 hours after purchasing.
